Or follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out the Participant Agreement and Residence Information forms. You can either return these by email to initiative@ecoactionpartners.org, or by dropping them off at the EcoAP offices, located right above Pip’s on Colorado Ave. in Telluride.
  2. You will then be asked to submit your payment, either electronically through PayPal, by dropping off cash or a check made out to EcoAction Partners, or by mailing a check or cash to PO Box 1625. EcoAction Initiative Pricing Information contains payment information.
  3. Submit your previous 12 months of utility data to establish a baseline carbon footprint using the Utility Release Form and Instructions. We will also use the waste and transportation information found on your residence information sheet. If you are having any difficulty obtaining the 12 months data we need, please get in touch with us so we may help you.
