Alpine Bank Loan Program

EcoAction Partners recently initiated a loan program through Alpine Bank to provide a means for the community to finance energy efficiency improvements for homes, businesses and non-profit organizations. Unsecured loans are available for up to $8K (higher amounts available with collateral) and are structured so the utility savings from the improvement is greater than the loan payment, creating positive cash flow.

Colorado Energy Saving Mortgage Incentive for New Homes

The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) is providing a tiered incentive (up to $8000) for the purchase of highly efficient new homes, with increasing incentives as a home is rated more efficient.  There are also financial incentives (up to $6000) to add energy efficiency measures to an existing home at point of purchase, which can be paired with utility rebates to further decrease home improvement costs.  Whether you are a Realtor selling homes, or considering purchasing a new home, this workshop is for you!
